Hidden from humanity

A young tree will grow its leaves in spring, then as Autumn arrives the young tree sheds its leaves readying for the Winter. The following Spring this young tree will grow new branches and on those new branches will be many newly created leaves.

If we planted a billion new trees and those trees produced billions of new leaves, do you think it would reach a point where no new leaves would appear on those trees because we ran out of new leaves to grow on them?

If energy cannot be created nor destroyed then it is all merely changing states.
